The MYP Customer Service Centre is the platform where you can communicate with the MYP Team. We aim to respond within 24 hours (Office hours). We look forward to hearing from you soon.

Two Types Of Support

  1. You can contact our Customer Representatives through different mediums;
    • YellowMail, Phone call, the form below or our Live chat.
    • Every customer will be assisted on a first come first served basis.
    • Response time is subject to complexity of the subject/inquiry, and the number of customers we serve at any given time.
    • We aim to respond within one business day.
  2. Online Customer Service;
    • You may consult the FAQ Section, as your answers can most likely be found there.
    • You may submit your own questions in our FAQ Section and be notified once the question has been answered.

In the near future a third method of support will be provided in the form of Video Tutorials.
